Case files · Lead screening
9,900 read. Ten handed over.
We pull ten times the leads they used to buy, score every one against the work this client actually takes on, and hand a person the ten that fit best.
- Leads screened each month
~1,000 → 9,900
- Screened, then worked by a person
9,900 → 10 targeted
- Monthly cost of the lead source
$1,000 → a tenth
Figures reported by the client; verification pending. 9,900 is current volume, not a ceiling. Conversion has not been measured — the claim is about what reaches a salesperson, not what closes.
The problem
They paid a vendor $1,000 a month for a list of about a thousand leads, then paid someone on staff to read it. A mixed bag, worked in whatever order it arrived, because there was no way to tell the good ones from the rest without reading them all.
What we built
The system pulls 9,900 leads a month — close to ten times the old list — and scores each one against the work this client actually takes on. The ten that fit best go to a person. Screening cost rises in a straight line with volume; the amount a person reads does not.
What changed
A salesperson now works the ten best-fitting leads out of 9,900, where they used to work a thousand in no particular order. Ten times the pool to draw from, and a shortlist short enough to pursue properly.
